Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 40 hours/week (4-5 days/week) Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience, outpatient experience required, inpatient experience highly preferred License: Active State License Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Physical Therapy skills checklist - 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past year of employment - License verification - Permanent address must be included in submission file Description: This position is for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. The candidate will provide therapy evaluations and treatments based on established policies and procedures. The patient population includes adolescents to geriatric patients. The caseload consists of orthopedic, neurological, and general medical cases. The role may involve occasional inpatient coverage on weekends. Limited requested time off is preferred, with no more than 5 days. Patient ratios typically range from 12 to 15 patients per shift. All licenses and certifications must be current and in hand at the time of application.
