Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Acute Care – Chewelah, WA 99109Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Chewelah, Washington
Schedule: Part-time, 0.6 FTE (approximately 24 hours per week). Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility for Tuesday through Friday. Day shift, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:00). No weekends or on-call required. Workday varies based on census needs.

- Patient ratios of 1:5-10 with daily census averaging 5 patients
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, SLP, and comprehensive support services
- Epic charting system with 20 hours of orientation provided

- Potential to float to sister facilities in the region based on need and therapist ability
Requirements:- Active Washington state Physical Therapy license or Compact license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Acute care hospital experience required
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Experience with geriatric populations, orthopedics, neurology, and post-operative rehabilitation
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
