We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment at a healthcare facility. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and maximize independence.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility interventions
  • Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize rehabilitation outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services when appropriate
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life
Requirements
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Required: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new clinical environments
