Job Description & Requirements
Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 8/3/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2372.00 - $2444.00

Join a well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Lexington, Massachusetts, a town known for its rich Revolutionary War history, tree-lined neighborhoods, and welcoming New England charm. Lexington offers a blend of historic landmarks, vibrant town centers, and easy access to Boston while maintaining a small-town feel. Residents enjoy top-rated schools, beautifully maintained parks, and extensive walking and biking trails, including the popular Minuteman Bikeway. The community’s emphasis on wellness, education, and civic engagement makes it an appealing place to both live and work. This position is based in a modern outpatient clinic designed to support efficient, patient-centered care. You will work with a collaborative team of therapists and support staff focused on evidence-based practice and positive patient outcomes. The clinic sees a broad range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, post-surgical cases, and general musculoskeletal disorders, offering a diverse caseload that supports ongoing clinical growth and skill refinement. A typical day includes comprehensive evaluations, one-on-one treatment sessions, development and progression of individualized care plans, and clear communication with referring providers. You will document care in an EMR system, coordinate with front office and support staff to optimize patient flow, and participate in team huddles or case discussions as needed. Patient volumes and scheduling are structured to balance productivity with quality of care, allowing you to focus on meaningful patient interactions and measurable functional gains. Shifts generally align with clinic hours that include a mix of daytime and some early evening availability to accommodate patient schedules. The environment is supportive, with opportunities to learn from colleagues, share best practices, and engage in continuing education. You will be part of a team that values professional growth, collaboration, and a culture of respect and inclusion.
