Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems and electronic medical records required.
• Experience evaluating and treating geriatrics, post-operative patients, and common neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
• Ability to provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance and fall prevention programs, and use of assistive devices required.
• Willingness to work full-time, 35 guaranteed hours per week as outlined by the client.
