Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2369.00 - $2441.00
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Valrico, Florida: Start your assignment in Valrico, FL and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and document progress in the electronic health record. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare teams, and recommending adaptive equipment as needed

Required qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active Florida PT license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in home health or rehabilitation, and proficiency with home health documentation systems are recommended
