Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience required. Completion of at least 1 travel contract required. License: Valid state license required. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Epic experience required. Not an employee of any affiliated organization in the last 12 months. Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Summer holidays: The traveler will be required to work 1-2 of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. Profile should include a driver’s license. Work history or resume is required. A skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date. License verification is required. A copy of required certifications is needed. One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. Please note special considerations for local candidates.
