Position: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing
Location: Moore, Oklahoma
Shift: 8hr
Weekly Gross: $2353.60

Minimum Requirements:
Active license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Licensed in Oklahoma (If applicable) or compact eligible
Two years of recent LTC/Skilled Nursing experience
Active BLS
