Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,352 to $2,552 per week in Grants, NM

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain one

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Inpatient and outpatient setting with approximately 20% inpatient caseload and 80% outpatient caseload
