Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 1 year of outpatient experience with neuro experience License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Outpatient experience - Neuro experience Description: The position requires a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in this setting. Candidates with neuro experience are preferred. Flu vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate. Successful candidates should demonstrate proficiency in various skills, such as assessment and treatment of orthopedic conditions. Experience with charting systems is preferred. Candidates must be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role involves managing a daily census of 8-9 patients. Patients across various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, will be seen. Skills in gait training, pain assessment, and patient education will be essential.
