Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:30 - 17:15 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid State License Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Well trained in orthopedic and neurological cases - Recent acute care experience required - Accepts first-time travelers Description: Must be available for a full week of orientation. Daily patient load averages 8-10 patients. Department details include post-surgical care, total joints, orthopedics, neuro, amputee, general medical, cardiac, and pulmonary disease. There is no call requirement. No weekend requirement. No float requirement. Includes a diverse range of patient diagnoses. Background policy to be noted prior to submission: if there is a hit, please note on profile and submission. Proof of flu vaccination is required. If seeking vaccination exemption, it must be submitted within 48 hours of signing the contract. Modules are non-billable and must be completed annually. References are required.
