Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: Orthopedic and neurological skills Description: Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Thursday: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Guaranteed hours per week: 40 hours. Call requirement: No. Weekend requirement: No. Float requirement: No. Highly preferred experience with pelvic floor therapy patients, but not required. Certification requirement includes a state license and BLS (AHA). Previous charge experience is preferred. Charting experience with a required system. Community hospital experience is preferred. Experience to include acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility, and various specific conditions such as cervicalgia, low back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and more. Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census is 13 with a goal of 10 visits per day. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy and rapid response teams. Special diagnoses treated include all orthopedic conditions, neurological diagnoses, and more. Travelers may be required to float first. Flu vaccination is required with medical exemptions only. Include proof of flu vaccination with submission and any vaccination exemptions within 48 hours.
