Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved program, or equivalent degree required.
• Current, active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Current, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• Previous home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical demands of home health practice including lifting, bending, pushing, and prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrated documentation skills for Plans of Care, progress notes, and clinical records.
