Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Jackson, TN providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in patients' homes. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association–approved program.
  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist required before the start of the assignment.
  • Proof of current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation settings required.
  • Experience with durable medical equipment and ability to order and adapt home rehabilitative equipment required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing and walking required.
  • Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule required.
  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Preferred: Previous home health experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program noted as preferred when applicable.
  • Previous home care experience preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Works in patient homes providing home health physical therapy services.
  • Must be able to travel locally to visit patients.
