Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Aiken, South Carolina: Start your assignment in Aiken, SC and help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in their homes. You will deliver patient-centered care, perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and document progress. Responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals and supporting patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, an active South Carolina PT license, and current CPR certification. One year of home health experience is recommended.
