Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent degree (Master’s or Doctoral acceptable).
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist in Florida required to start the assignment.
• Proof of current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance required.
• 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the role including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing and walking required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally required.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Previous home health experience preferred.

• Candidate must be able to travel locally as part of job duties and provide in-home care across the service area.
