Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Immunization compliance: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza
- Comprehensive credentialing including background checks, drug screening, and competency exam
- Professional references from supervisors within the past three years
