Active Texas State Physical Therapist License.
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
Strong communication and patient documentation skills.
