Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Valid State License required at time of submission Certifications: Required certifications based on state regulations Must-Have: - Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered. - Candidates will float within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities. Description: This position involves a full caseload of patients with a variety of diagnoses. The shift hours can range from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Flex time is available to cover different shifts. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with specific patient ratios is required. Familiarity with the designated charting system is necessary. Candidates may be required to complete both non-billable and billable modules. The department focuses on interdisciplinary support for patient care. Candidate must adhere to flu vaccination requirements with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only. All candidates must provide their permanent tax home address.
