Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
  • Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
  • BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
  • Home health clinical experience required, including Homecare/HomeBase documentation
  • Experience performing admission visits, OASIS visits, and home treatment visits
  • Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients required
  • Must be able to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
  • Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred: experience with mileage documentation and travel between patient homes

  • Facility type: Home Health
  • Shift: Days, 5x8
  • Weekly hour expectation: 40 hours
  • On-call/weekend requirement: one weekend per month
  • Coverage area: Dallas, TX
  • Must be willing to travel between patient homes; mileage reimbursement is provided between first and last patient visit
  • Dress code: navy scrubs
