Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Completion of specialty-specific skills checklist and competency exam within one year
- Comprehensive background screening and health documentation including TB testing, immunization records, and drug screening
- Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
