The position requires a licensed therapist with at least one year of experience. Candidates must have experience with typical patient ratios in an acute care environment. The therapist will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients across various diagnoses. Strong skills in assessment, evaluation, and patient education are essential. Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is required. The therapist will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs. The role does not require floating between units and on-call duties are not necessary. Weekends are not a requirement for this position.
