Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 9H Days M-F Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Not required to submit Certifications: BLS Certification required Must-Have: Physical therapy degrees BLS Certification Description: Department: Physical Therapy Average number of patients treated per day: 8 General certification requirements include BLS and physical therapy degrees. Common diagnoses include outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled care patients. Areas of coverage include outpatient and acute inpatient settings. Experience is preferred but training will be provided. Collaboration with rehab aides is expected. Scheduling is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekend or holiday requirements are mandated. Casual professional dress code is in effect. Specific departmental orientation will be provided. Charting is done using MatrixCare/Matrix. Allied health division responsibilities are included.
