Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,290 to $2,490 per week in Pittsfield, MA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• MA Physical Therapist License
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• 2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience
• Valid Driver License required for this need
• Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required
• Candidate required to be Home Health Certified
• Must have their own vehicle for this need

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Scheduled 5 shifts per week.
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Weekend and holiday coverage required if needed.
