Physical Therapist jobs in Rock Hill, SC let you provide home health care for adults with chronic diseases, wound care, IV, Pleurx, wound vac, post-stroke, post-rehab, and post-joint replacements. You will use Homecare Homebase EMR and manage a caseload of at least 6 points per day and 30 points per week.
