Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with medical charting and electronic medical records preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to treat adults with common post-acute diagnoses, including stroke, orthopedic post-op, and deconditioning preferred.
