Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year outpatient experience required License: Connecticut state PT license required prior to start Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Epic experience preferred Description: Seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist. This position involves providing therapy services to outpatient individuals. Dayshift options include either 5×8 hour shifts or 4×10 hour shifts, with flexibility discussed during the interview. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience. Epic experience is preferred for this role. A Connecticut state PT license is required prior to starting work. BLS certification from AHA is also required. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
