Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. No new graduates.
• Experience with comprehensive patient evaluations, goal writing, plans of care, and functional treatment program design.
• Experience completing timely documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and students; participation in student education is expected.
• Maintain professional licensure and fulfill state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic and familiarity with clinic productivity expectations.
