Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,225 to $2,425 per week in Morgan Hill, CA

Provide evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services, and design functional programs to support patients returning to community activities. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• No new graduates. Minimum clinical experience required; applicant must have outpatient clinic experience.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with comprehensive patient evaluations, goal writing, documentation, and letters of medical necessity.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students. Experience participating in student programs preferred.
• Familiarity with safe patient handling and infection control practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Prior experience with electronic medical record documentation and charge entry.
• Engagement in continuing education and demonstrated professional development activities.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
• 40 hours per week.
• Clinician will work in an outpatient clinic and may be expected to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
