Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is preferred.
• Ability to provide care across long-term care and geriatric populations, including dementia care, is preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: willingness and ability to split time between two SNF locations approximately 20 miles apart, with approximately 30 scheduled hours split between the two buildings (assignment may approach 40 hours; 30 hours guaranteed).
• Client-specific requirement: PCT (productivity) expectation of 85%.
