Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
  • Healthcare Provider BLS required (American Heart Association or equivalent).
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, pediatric, or post-surgical patients is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to multiple points of care as required by the client.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital (Outpatient Rehabilitation).
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800–1630, no weekends.
  • Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
