Minimum Requirements

  • Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license required. Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient per client policy.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum education requirement: Associate degree is acceptable per client guidance.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Evenings.
  • Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.
  • Schedule: 5x8.
  • Weekly Hours Guarantee: 40 hours per week.
  • On Call/Weekend Requirement: No.
  • Coverage Area: Atlantic County. Candidates should be able to travel to patient homes within the county.
  • Core responsibilities: evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, provide services within scope of practice.
  • Required certifications: current physical therapy license, CPR, valid driver’s license.
