Minimum Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client requires Master’s minimum.)
• Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• PT degree and documented clinical experience in home health or community-based care preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing care across a multi-county coverage area, including travel between patient residences, preferred.
• Willingness to comply with client dress code: royal blue/black scrubs or khakis and polo shirt.
• Independent contractor eligibility as required by the client.
