Ideal candidates will participate in physical therapy evaluations and establish care plans. Frequent communication with the rehab team regarding patient progress and discharge needs is expected. The clinical environment includes typical rehab equipment, and treatment may occur in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and gym facilities. The documentation system used is efficient and user-friendly. A collaborative team that strives for excellent patient care is present.
