Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience managing caseloads in a SNF or LTC setting preferred, including restorative programs and fall prevention strategies.
• Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facility Type: Long-Term Care.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
• VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as operational needs dictate.
