We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a busy Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in Placentia, CA. This is a great opportunity for a PT who is passionate about helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries and improve mobility in an outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention

  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
