Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 12 months Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid physical therapist license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Previous experience in home health setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Description: This position is for a Physical Therapist in a home health setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday. There is no holiday rotation or work during weekends. Responsibilities include assessing and implementing treatment plans for patients. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to patient care and quality outcomes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Completion of required documentation in a timely manner is necessary. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is expected. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
