The position involves working with an outpatient orthopedic patient population. The role does not require floating to other clinics. Therapists will have the option to work in a travel team within the clinic or a neighboring clinic. A minimum of 36 hours is guaranteed weekly with the potential for up to 40 hours of work. The expectation includes meeting a productivity standard of 60 visits per week. Therapists will typically see 12-14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is anticipated in this role.
