Guaranteed Hours & Pay Rate- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $54.00 $63.00 per hour
- Urgency: Immediate/urgent start required
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and mobility strategies
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and facility protocols
Requirements- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state
- Doctorate or equivalent degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Strong rehabilitation and patient mobility knowledge
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends as required
- Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
