License: Current state license as a Physical Therapist Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Must-Have: Ability to float to various clinics Description: Provides evaluation and treatment for patients in an outpatient setting. Works with a diverse patient population. Maintains high-quality patient care. Ensures effective communication with interdisciplinary teams. Demonstrates flexibility by floating or splitting time among clinics as required. Engages in ongoing professional development and education. Maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Documents patient progress and treatment plans accurately. Provides education to patients and their families about treatment and care.
