Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,137 to $2,337 per week in Waimea, HI

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in inpatient, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing facility, long term care, and outpatient settings
• Ability to perform PT evaluations and treatments
• Ability to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg, and SNF settings, with occasional coverage in OB

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Flexibility with work hours may be required
• Saturday coverage is required
