Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
  • Ability to provide 8-hour day shifts and flexibility to work weekends as requested by the client. (Client requires weekend availability.)
  • Current clinical documentation skills and experience with outpatient therapy modalities and equipment preferred.
