Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,085 to $2,285 per week in Dousman, WI

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, or memory care setting
• Experience with Nethealth

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Monday through Friday
• One weekend per month required
• Patient population includes skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, and memory care
• Variety of caseload types
