Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Wyoming Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care settings is required.
• Experience providing evaluations and skilled therapeutic interventions for geriatric populations, including restorative programs and wound-related mobility considerations.
• Ability to document per facility and payer requirements and use electronic medical records.
• Preferred: previous travel PT experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs and therapeutic exercise for post-acute patients.
