Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active DC Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, per client requirement.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience with SNF documentation, skilled assessments, and discharge planning preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
  • Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
