Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Experience with outpatient-type modalities and documentation for SNF populations preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care and post-acute patients.
