Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals

• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: 0800-1630
• Days of the Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
