Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals (client requirement).
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Ability to work productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled two per hour and evaluations one hour (client expectation).
• Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment start is required for new travelers; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client process).
