Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,040 to $2,240 per week in Framingham, MA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates are not accepted.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Completion of 3 hours of HealthStream modules required prior to start. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon completion of modules and 8 hours worked. (Preferred: prior completion before start.)

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Schedule expectations: May include 4x10s and must be open to 2 evenings per week (up to 8:00 PM).
• Typical productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week.
• Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• Required: Must not be a new graduate.
