Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,040 to $2,240 per week in Dracut, MA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings post clinicals

Assignment Details

• Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10s
• Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Workdays are Monday through Friday
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• Uses Raintree EMR
• Assignment length is 13 to 26 weeks
• Three HealthStream modules must be completed before the assignment
